PRECIPITATION FROM TUESDAY NIGHT`S SYSTEM AND FOG WILL FREEZE ON
ROADWAYS AND OTHER SURFACES. MORNING COMMUTERS SHOULD DRIVE WITH
CAUTION AND ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION.
